Trunk or Treat Trunk/Vendor Registration

We invite you to join us for a spooky good time as a TRUNKER at our 2nd annual Trunk or Treat bash! It's your chance to shine a spotlight on your business, group, or organization and mingle with the community. We had a fang-tastic turnout of over 400 guests at last year’s event, and we expect this year’s gathering to be even more spooktacular!

NEW IN 2024! We received a great deal of interest from families, crafters and various groups who want to take part as Trunkers. We are thrilled to offer this opportunity to everyone who may be interested! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

WHY BE A TRUNK OR TREAT VENDOR?

Your business, organization, or family’s name will be featured with links to your website and/or social media page (if applicable) on*:

• Heid’s Trunk or Treat SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS (21,000+ followers)
• Heid’s Trunk or Treat EMAIL BLASTS (5,100+ subscribers)
• Heid’s Trunk or Treat WEBSITE
• We encourage you to share brochures, giveaways, display marketing materials, etc. to promote your business, group, or organization. See attached image for more information. 

A portion of proceeds from vendor registration will be donated to a local non-profit on behalf of our Trunkers!

• Our social media followers (21K+) were actively involved last year by nominating and voting for a local non-profit to receive a portion of the proceeds from vendor registrations. With more than 1,900 nominations, we proudly donated $500 to Seventh Heaven Rescue. We are thrilled to continue the tradition this year!
