Just wanted to tell you that I visited Heids for the first time this past week. My mother is elderly and has a hard time traveling. However, she and I flew from No. Carolina to Syracuse for a funeral. My mother lived in Liverpool as a teenager and the last time she visited the area was 30 years ago. One of the days we were in town she wanted me to take her to Heids for lunch. I have to say, that for all the money we spent in plane tickets, hotel, and car rental doesn’t compare to the expression on my mother’s face when she ate that coney with mustard. She may never travel again, but that one hotdog was well worth the trip. Thanks so much. GREAT FOOD!!!!!
